Visiting this website

This site is served by Cloudflare. When you visit it, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser information to deliver the page and protect it against abuse. We don't use cookies, analytics or tracking.

Early-access signup

If you use the signup form, we store the details you enter (email address and, if provided, name, company, stack, number of languages and your message) together with the time of signup. We use them only to contact you about Ponyglot early access and to understand which setups to support first.

Legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time by writing to hello@ponyglot.app; we then delete your details. Otherwise we delete them at the latest 24 months after signup if no early-access conversation has started.

Product updates (optional)

If you also tick “send me occasional product updates”, we record this with your signup. Before we send any update, we ask you to confirm your subscription by email (double opt-in); without confirmation you won't receive updates. Every update contains an unsubscribe link. Legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time. If we use a newsletter provider for this, we will name it here before any data is passed on.

Processors

Hosting, the signup database and email forwarding are provided by Cloudflare, Inc. Signup data is stored in Cloudflare's European region. Cloudflare may process data in the USA; it is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and standard contractual clauses apply.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
